It’s always an honor when a fellow photographer thinks enough of your work to ask you to work for them.
That’s the case with Jaime. I met her accidentally one night at a fellow photographer’s studio and we have pretty much been friends since. She is orig from AZ and she will soon be moving back. She wanted some shots that were reminiscent of Charleston for her and her family. I just so happened to love her family. Her husband was so gracious and didn’t mind all the zany randomness and the kids WERE GREAT! What fun is it for kids to have their pictures taken? It requires attention spans that most adults never possess. Here are some of the AWESOME shots we got. Oh by the way, great colours Jaime, they looked really great against the all backdrops we chose.
I of course added my little flairs to some things and others I just let them be photos.
I’ve noticed being a mom myself. There isn’t much privacy….ever.
Elliott *Elly* is the little one in the middle. Whenever I could get reaction from her, it made me laugh so hard. Look at her. I’d have loved to have gotten this look when mom and dad were kissing.
He’s the big brother. I think this is overall my favorite shot of the day. Although I like so many of them.
That’s alot of legs. Pairs? or Sets?
Again, Elly just moves to the beat of her own drum. Gotta respect a woman like that.
I couldn’t help but to post this. Delaney gave me the CUTEST looks most of the shoot. You can tell her mom had a camera habit. These kids were primed for the cam. This in the dictionary defines cuteness!
Jaime’s family was so sweet and loving. I really wished Jaime that I had more time to get to know you better. But I’m definitely glad we crossed paths.
