Today’s useless fact happens to be:

 

Strange But True

In Pennsylvania, Ministers are forbidden from performing marriages when either the bride or groom is drunk.

 

All I can say is, that definitely is not the case here in good old South Carolina. (poke, poke).

Natalie - The florist I met with today told me about asking his sister at her wedding if she was high at the ceremony. Interesting how that played together with your info today.
