Meet Natasha and Greg. They are about to welcome their second child into this world at the end of this month on the 27th! Their first born is a girl, Maddie — who you will meet in the next blog post. And their second is a BOY! We get the privilege of photographing his newborn session as well!! So, you will get to meet his cute lil’ face soon too!!

Meet Bess. Isn’t she just a cute lil’ girl! AH. Precious lil’ 8 month old!
Her mama has a photo session done with each one of her kiddos (she has three) around one year . . . but Bess’ mom said that she was just too cute at 8 months that she wanted to make sure she remembered it . . . Well, I would say so!! She is quite the cutest lil’ girl! All she wanted to do was play during our shoot! She wouldn’t look at the camera for ANYTHING! Laugh. She was WAY too interested in the rest of the world around her . . . which, I don’t blame her!! It’s a pretty interesting place! But despite the active lil’ thing . . . we still got a few snaps of those beautiful eyes!!

I have to restrain and not seem as if I have a favorite couple. 
I do love Shannon and Donny. They are fun, quirky, had great ideas, were up for anything (including over 40 some odd mosquito bites to ONE leg -It’s not always glamour and glory to do a shoot here in the Lowcountry, where human flesh is a mosquito delicacy. ) for the shoot and kept me laughing the entire time.
Everyone has been asking me if I’ve been shooting lately or if I’ve slowed down. I’m a pretty busy boudoir photographer but I don’t get to post boudoirs as much as I’d like. I have to respect the privacy of my clients and even though I think they look like fashion model rock stars, it can be daunting to share that part of themselves with the public. So I’ve been working I guess I’ll say behind the scenes but haven’t been able to post much. ((BOO!)) So I guess I got a little overly anxious when Shannon and Donny’s session came up! YAY! POST-able images!! Woo hoo. Cartwheels.
I met Shannon at another one of my brides’ wedding about 3 yrs ago and we clicked. We’ve been Facebook buddies and now we follow one another on Pinterest so it’s easy to see what makes Shannon – SHANNON.

Thanks for taking some of the best pictures of my son and future daughter In-Law that I have ever seen. The pictures capture the true Love they have for each other. I’m thankful to God he put them together.

YES, YOU DO HAVE A GREAT COUPLE! I love the pics, some really stand out but there are too many to keep track of! I like the ones where Shannon is looking at Donny in the distance, or vice versa…and the ones where Shannon is leaning on Donny…and the ones where they are kissing! Congrats to both of you!!

I’ve known Shannon for several years now, ever since she came to my home one late night to go watch a meteor shower with my son and me. I’m so happy for Shannon and Donnie…they are so sweet together. In looking at these beautiful photographs, I could only smile and think of how very happy I am for that special young lady and her Donnie. I pray their marriage will be filled with God’s richest blessings.

Shannon is my daughter, and I’ve always told her, as my mother told me, to “never date anyone, unless you think you could marry them, because you never know when you will fall in love.” Donny was the unexpected. They met a a friend’s home at one the of children birthday parties, and never “connected” until 2010. Now they are getting married this fall. I love Donny because he makes Shannon happy and he LOVES her! Many blessing to both of them.
Hi there! Long time no post, huh? We do still exist! I promise! Before I blog you my AWESOME Miss H, let me catch you up on US (Tomme and Erica). So, the past couple of weeks have been quite hectic. . . . in NEED of lots of creativity time!! Mean while, I (Erica) have been doing the ‘mommy’ thing and working on my end of the photography spectrum. We have lots coming in the next couple of weeks! Some new sessions, a WEDDING!!, updates on the blog, updates on the website (much over due) and of course managing our FB / Twitter / Pinterest accnts. Whew. Social Network overload! But Hey, don’t act like you don’t like following us!!
Okay, Okay . . . back to our photos!! So recently, Tomme and I have been DYING to have some Boudoir shoots that allow us to post the images! YES, post them! So, if you don’t like Boudoir Sessions, please don’t look. Sorry . . . but we try to appeal to everyone . . . and even the classiest lady has done a Boudoir Session. We’ve worked out a few ‘deals’ with a few ladies who have allowed us to show off their AWESOME sessions!!
Today, we introduce Miss H to our Gallery as one of our lovely Loft Noire ladies. She was super fun and easy to work with! Like most photography sessions, it’s a little unnerving at first (I mean, hey! it’s not often we get in the buff for a stranger). . . but once we got ‘warmed up’ . . . Miss H was quite the natural!! Not much posing was involved . . . just a little ‘Add a hand here’ or a ‘Look in this direction’ or a ‘Give me a little more hip’ . . . even she loved it! Which after all, is the BEST part about these sessions . . . making women feel ‘sexy’ and ‘better’ about themselves. I swear, if I didn’t have one client who didn’t walk away from these sessions going, ‘I can’t believe I look like that.’ OR ‘That was so much fun.’ . . . I probably wouldn’t continue photographing them . . . But knowing we add some spice to a woman’s life . . . make her feel beautiful again . . . AH. I LOVE IT!
